What is MyCom?
MyCom—My Commitment My Community— is a network of people who believe youth development is a direct path to healthy, safe communities for everyone. We build strengths in young people and their neighborhoods by connecting existing programs and resources, and funding opportunities for positive growth. We also encourage all sectors of society to take responsibility for children’s development and transition into productive adulthood.

There is no dollar cost to joining the MyCom network, but there is a “cost” of the change to the way you might be doing business now. Who are the partners in the MyCom network?
Many excellent people and organizations have stepped up to be involved in MyCom, including the initial eight neighborhoods of Central, Cudell, Mt. Pleasant, Parma, St. Clair/Superior, Shaker Heights, Slavic Village, and West Park. Some of our other partners and leaders include the Family & Children First Council, the Cuyahoga County Commissioners, The Cleveland Foundation, Starting Point, Voices for Ohio’s Children, and Partnership for a Safer Cleveland.
